- The applicants belonging to the General category have to pay application fees : Rs. 350/-.
- The candidates belonging to the OBC category have to pay application fees : : Rs. 250/-.
- The candidates that belong to SC/ST/PWD category are exempted from submission of application fees.
- Age of applicants must be between 18 to 35 Years (for ESIC and Directorate Health Services) and 18 to 40 Years (for Ayush) as on 01-01-2017.
- Age relaxation will be granted as according to rules and regulations of organization.
