Qualification Requirement: Applying candidates should possess 10th, Senior Certificate in Nursing and Mid-wifery, Medical qualification from well recognized Board/ University/ Institute as per post wise eligibility criteria. 

Application Fees :

• The applicants belonging to the General/ OBC category have to pay application fees : Rs. 1000/- (Medical Officer), 700/- ( Staff Nurse)/-.
• The candidates belonging to the SC/ ST category have to pay application fees : : Rs. 700/- (Medical Officer), 300/- (Staff Nurse)/-.
• The candidates belonging to the PWD (Persons with Disability) category have to pay application fees : : Rs. 700/- (Medical Officer)/-.
• The candidates that belong to PWD (Persons with Disability) category are exempted from submission of application fees.

Age Limitations:

• The age of candidates for the above mention posts should not be more than 38 Years.
• Age relaxation will be granted as according to rules and regulations of organization.

Salary Details: Selected applicants will get the salary of Rs. 2500/- Per duty day (Post 1), Rs. 1000/- Per duty day (Post 2), Rs. 500/- Per duty day (Post 3) Per month. 

Mode of Assortment :
