Qualification Requirement: Applying candidates should possess D.Pharma/ DMLT/ B.Pharma/ B.Sc (Nursing)/ MBBS from well recognized University/ Institute as per post wise eligibility criteria. 

Application Fees :

• The applicants belonging to the General/ OBC category have to pay application fees : Rs. 150/-.
• The candidates belonging to the Reserved category have to pay application fees : : Rs. 100/-.

Age Limitations:

• The age of candidates for the above mention posts should not be more than 70 Years (Post 1), 65 Years (Post 3-5).
• Age relaxation will be granted as according to rules and regulations of organization.

Salary Details: Selected applicants will get the salary of Rs. 60,000/- (Post 1), Rs. 30,000/- (Post 2), Rs. 20,000/- (Post 3), Rs. 17,000/- (Post 4,5) Per month.
